Applications Consultant - AAT and Implementation e



Progressive and forward thinking software and services company who develop, sell and support their own sophisticated financial and business management software - based out of Peterborough. Their products are developed using the latest technologies and are sold to SME's throughout the UK and Europe. They have a niche market in the charity, education and finance sectors and pride themselves on their excellent client relationships and prestigious awards.



The prime focus of the role will be to implement the company's accounting and complimentary software solutions. You will need to understand customer expectations and requirements, follow the company's implementation methodology throughout the complete project life cycle, assist the support department with 2nd line support issues and suggest improvements to their implementation procedures.



The ideal candidate will have the following skills:

* AAT fully or part qualified (or currently studying AAT exams)

* Proven implementation experience with accounting software such as Sage 200, Sage MMS, SAP Business One, Dynamics GP, Exchequer, Coda, Agresso, Access Accounts, OpenAccounts, Pegasus Opera, AccPac or SunSystems

* The ability to communicate with financial and non financial users

* Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (ideally to Macro creation)

* Flexible and cooperative with attention to detail

* A basic knowledge of Crystal Reports would be advantageous

* Full driving license and willing to travel
