You need to be a good communicator and team player - you will be supporting a wide range of clients via telephone, email and remote connection and dealing effectively with their queries and problems or escalating them where necessary. Knowledge of Sage 200 or Sage MMS is essential from either an IT Support background, or you may possibly be working in an end user environment as a bookkeeper, and looking to move your career to software support.
