THE ROLE



You will be joining a team whose brand is well respected by Client and Candidates in the area. You will inherit some valued business but the emphasis will be to secure and develop new business using your skills gained to date. Most importantly you will receive some of the strongest leadership in the industry. Traditional recruitment values are key but the training and leadership will be second to none.



IDEAL CANDIDATE



• Stable history as a Recruitment Consultant, preferably in the Accountancy/Finance sector – other sector backgrounds will also be considered

• Excellent and professional telephone manner

• Able to demonstrate an excellent track record of success in recruitment sales

• Ability to win new business and build relationships with new clients

• Have an excellent ability to negotiate, and close a deal at all levels

• Able to deal with people at a Senior level, and have the confidence and professionalism to do so

• MUST have previous experience in recruitment
